Cardio activity of your choice
Treat yourself by choosing a cardio activity you like, either outdoors or in a gym (45 minutes). We are aiming for a moderate to high intensity workout.
Brisk walking, running, cycling, swimming, hiking, stair climbing or playing tennis are all good examples of cardio activities.
