Do the warm-up provided for Day 1 and then do each of the proposed exercises for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second break. Repeat the series twice.
Tabata is a high-intensity, four-minute training technique that provides a number of benefits. In addition to being fast and effective, these exercises provide maximum calorie burning (6 to15% more than standard exercises)! It is an extreme form of training and is therefore not suitable for everyone—go at your own pace!
